No industry recipients are currently approved and no partner contact list is being sold or shared.

You decide who can receive your details

If we introduce this option, we will show each company’s legal name, contact details, privacy notice, location and marketing purpose. Each company needs its own unticked opt-in. Your permission will cover only that recipient, the stated purpose and email channel, and your verified account email address. We may receive payment for supplying it.

Opting in is separate from accepting our terms and from any QuercusQuote newsletter. It does not affect your subscription, trial, price or use of the app. A new company or materially different use requires a new choice.

What stays separate

Customer and homeowner details, quotes, job locations, operating costs, staff details, billing data and product analytics are excluded. We do not add your email to the partner contact store simply because you create an account.

Consent records and any eligible contact details are held in a separate restricted service. Records include the choice, the notice shown, date, recipient, purpose and channel. Partners do not have access to the account database or the consent service.

Change your mind

Manage your preferences or opt out of sale and sharing. You can also contact privacy@quercusquote.app. Withdrawal removes your address from the active partner contact store and stops further sharing. Minimal consent and suppression evidence may be retained to honour your choice and resolve complaints. If details have already been supplied, withdrawal will be coordinated with the named recipient; it cannot undo a past disclosure.

Any future recipient must identify itself, provide an unsubscribe method and follow the agreed restrictions. Access, deletion and other privacy requests also cover this separate service. See our privacy notice.
